All you need in a cook set

I really love these pans! I ended up buying a few additional pieces to complete my set. They are great quality, sturdy but not too heavy. Food cooks evenly and weve had no issue with sticking, although we do use a squirt of cooking spray just in case. Highly recommend!

Great pans

It was a gift, the receiver opened and put pans in cabinet for later use. When going to wash one she wanted to use, she realized it was dented and bent out of shape so that the lid in no way will fit. Sadly not using right away, she had thrown the box away. Lessons learned, check out a box in the store, and/or don't throw the box away before good inspection.

Great pans, sadly one is damaged.

We purchased a set of blue diamond pans in January and they have been great with one exception. The outer paint started flaking of one pan. (Others are still good at this point) They have been used on low heat, never been in a dishwasher and are even separated in the drawer to prevent scratches.
We'll try to contact the manufacturer and see what they do.

Love the color. I have a blue Diamond skillet and it has held up well, so i decided to order these. I can't wait to use them. I gave them a 3 star because one of my pans is dented already.

The box of ceramic pot/pans say “aluminum”. Where on the description does it imply they are made out of aluminum? Ceramic with non toxic coating is what it describes. Faulty advertising, buyer beware.

Wrong description

Pan had a small chip after 3 months, contacted company to replace with their 2 year warranty only to be told it's normal wear and they will not cover. A pan shouldn't chip in three months, especially when not using metallic utensils and only hand-washing.

Good afternoon,  I'm going to get right to the point.  After about 90 days of using your product there are multiple signs of poor quality. I have purchased cheaper products that lasted longer than yours. All 3 of the frying pans have signs of chipping and scratches. We only use wood and soft materials during cooking and foam products to clean. This is unacceptable that I cannot even fry an egg now without it sticking. I enclosed some pictures as proof. At the very least I expect that the 9.5, 11, and 12 inch fryer set will be replaced at no cost to me. Please make me a believer in your product .

Horrible results after short time usage.

brand new these pans are great. however, the ceramic chips very easily and the company lists pretty much everything as "misuse of product" and refuses to honor their warranty. we have had these for three weeks, we have no metal utensils and there are two small chips or dings? in the largest of the frying pans. as soon as there is a chip in the ceramic its like the magical nonstick barrier is broken and its just as crappy as any other pan, maybe worse because they are small... the two plastic utensils that come with it are cheap and flimsy. I wouldn't recommend...

you get what you pay for

I paid $100 for this set of pink pans, and one of them came all bent and not straight just horrible, I was excited to use them and to see of them bent!!
